⚽️ African Cup of Nations 2022: Fixtures, Results, Stats and More

The African Cup of Nations (AFCON) is set to begin on Sunday at the Stade Omnisport Paul Biya in Olembe with a match between hosts Cameroon and Burkina Faso.

AFCON was originally supposed to take place in 2021, however owing to the COVID-19 epidemic, organizers were compelled to postpone it and shift it one year later than planned.

The African Cup of Nations is scheduled to kick off on Sunday, January 9, at 17:00 CET with Cameroon’s duel against Burkina Faso.

Meanwhile, the final of the tournament is also set to take place at the same ground as the tournament’s opener on February 6 at 20:00 CET.
