Victor Osimhen recently signed a new contract at Napoli which included a release clause of £103 million. The race to get the signature of the striker has been on since then, with big clubs around Europe vying for the forward.

Realistically and considering the amount required to secure his signature, I think Chelsea might be ahead of everyone. They badly need a forward of his kind and also have the resources to pull it off. My money would be on Chelsea to sign Osimhen come next summer.
Several top clubs (literally all) are currently interested in signing Osimhen and have been linked with transfer speculations indicating a high level of interest in the player.

He however clearly doesn’t seem interested in Saudi Pro League after his recent remarks. 
I think Arsenal and Chelsea could lead the race, based on speculative interests in the media. However, I would love to see him at Man United too.
