What is your foolproof strategy to maximize your chance of sticking to your fitness resolution?

We all start the New Year with lot of zeal around health & fitness goals. But for many these goals fizzle by the end of February.

Have an accountability buddy who will check upon my progress, motivate and nudge me to keep going.
