Simone Biles made history more than once this weekend during the US Gymnastics Championships in Kansas City, Missouri.

On 9th, the 22-year old became the first gymnast ever to attempt and land a Double-Double Dismount off of a high beam. The move involves two twists and two somersaults while dismounting.

She again created history on 11th during her stunning floor routine. She became the first woman to land a triple double (two backflips and three twists while in the air) in competition on floor!

Her triple-double at the US Gymnastics Championships seemingly defied the laws of physics.

After a dominant performance at the 2019 FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Championships, Simone Biles brought her World medal count to 25, edging out Belarusian gymnast Vitaly Scherbo for the all-time record. And neither of these records includes the five Olympic medals she’s collected so far.
