Full Time: Arsenal 0-0 Manchester United

Arsenal and Manchester United play out a goalless draw in their Premier League clash. Both teams had good chances in the second half to win the game as Alexandre Lacazette struck the bar, while Nicolas Pepe placed a strike wide of the target. At the other end, Edinson Cavani saw a close-range effort saved by Bernd Leno and fired wide of the post late on. Neither side deserved the win and share the spoils at the Emirates Stadium.

Full Time: Chelsea 2-0 Burnley

Chelsea get their first win under Thomas Tuchel with a 2-0 success over Burnley, thanks to goals from Azpilicueta and Alonso. The hosts lead 1-0 at the break, with Azpilicueta scoring his first goal in over a year on 40 minutes. Burnley never really got going and only had once chance, which came right at the very end of the game. Meanwhile Chelsea should have scored a few more, with Hudson-Odoi hitting the post, before Alonso wrapped up the win late on with a superb volley.

In Thomas Tuchel’s first two games in charge of Chelsea, the opposition have failed to register a shot on target.

180 minutes of football played and Edouard Mendy hasn’t had to make a save.

The Thomas Tuchel effect.
