K T Irfan First Indian Athlete to Qualify for Tokyo Olympics

National record holder KT Irfan on Sunday became the first Indian from athletics to qualify for the next year’s Olympics while finishing fourth in the 20 km event of the Asian Race Walking Championships in Nomi, Japan.

No other Indian from athletics has so far qualified for Tokyo Olympics.

Hima Das stands the best chance for track event - 400 m.

Neeraj Chopra for sure. He is already in the top 5 in the world and just 20 years old. I feel he can win.
Other than that i dont expect any medal. Maybe we can give a fight in 4*400 relay race.
