Tottenham not looking to sell or loan midfielder Dele Alli in this transfer window, with the north London club expecting the player to stay and fight for his place in the team.

Spurs are in four competitions and have injuries in positions Alli could fill with the likes of Gareth Bale, Giovani Lo Celso and Erik Lamela all currently unavailable.

Elsewhere, back-up 'keeper Paulo Gazzaniga is looking for another club, with Spurs open to offers.

Gazzaniga, has not featured in a matchday squad this season, has a contract that runs until the summer of 2022.

And finally, Spurs are open to offers for left-back Danny Rose.

It is learnt that Real Madrid have offered Sergio Ramos two options for contract renewal…

FIRST: One year renewal with the same salary. SECOND: Two years renewal with a 10% reduction in salary.

It looks like a pretty big dilemma for a soon to be 35 year old centerback who loves the club.

That’s a pretty ungrateful dirty deal! :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Ramos whose status is known as the Madrid legend has given the club five La Liga titles and four European Cups over the last 15 years. The centre-back has racked up 666 appearances for the Blancos, scoring a staggering 100 goals from defense.

For a star player like him who still seems to be going strong, it just looks to be a nasty deal especially when he is in the waning years of his outstanding football career at Real Madrid.

Real Madrid are leading the race to sign David Alaba.

Talks with his agent are now ‘progressing’ in order to reach an agreement as a free agent, but not signed yet.

He received approaches from 5 different club - and he always had the dream of playing for Real :white_circle:

Don’t you feel this has to do with the fact that David Alaba could be heading to Real Madrid!!! With Alaba coming in, Can they afford to allow Ramos leave considering his age as well as he’ll be turning 35 soon?

@Yusuf Agree - that’s what Real should be doing, retain him at the current salary probably for at least a couple of years more.

However, if rumors are to be believed, I think the 2 year contract extension with 10% reduction in salary is not a fair deal and seems to be taking advantage of his age and his mindset of risking the legend status-loyalty towards the club vs restarting at a new club at this juncture of the career…

Ceballos told Spanish radio station Cadena Ser: "My goal one day is to return to Real Madrid and be important in the best club in the world.

"For those at Madrid, the arrival of [Zinedine] Zidane has done everyone good. Each coach has his tastes of players. He told me I needed to play and minutes. He was clear with me.
