Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s Manchester United was eliminated from the League Cup at Old Trafford by West Ham United last night. Which ultimately means that Solskjær is now on a run of 25 failed attempts to win a trophy at 3 different clubs in 3 different divisions since his last success in the 2013 Norwegian Cup with Molde.
Ever since he was appointed as Manchester United’s manager, Manchester United have failed to win all 18 trophies they have competed in, despite the fact that the club has invested heavily in new acquisitions of players within that period.
So far this this season, Man United’s loss to West Ham means they have recorded 5 wins in their last 10 games, the same record that got David Moyes sacked in 2014.
*For how long will the Manchester United faithfuls keep the faith with Ole Gunnar Solkjaer?
*Can Ole return Manchester United back to their Glory days?
Man United is in a “different league” altogether!
The new team looks like a dream team with the savior re-joining. Let’s hope Ole can break the jinx and claim not just one but a few victories this season!
Well with the look of things, ole has the complete squad for each positions at least players who play the same position are up to two or three, but unfortunately ole has not utilize this squad efficiently, if he can use this players at the appropriate time am sure Manchester united can lift at least one trophy this season, and also substitution should be made at the appropriate time.
United have drawn 28 League games under ole and have lost just 19, the lads have also scored a total number of goal of 187 in that time, conceding 107 for a goal difference of 75
The Norwegian is the ninth man to rack up a century of top flight games in the old Trafford hot seat and only one has a better record at this stage.
