Cristiano Ronaldo has scored 30 goals in all club competitions for the 10th time in his last 11 seasons

Cristiano Ronaldo has scored 30 goals in all club competitions for the 10th time in his last 11 seasons.

He has scored or assisted in each of his last 17 Serie A matches. If he had scored against Inter he’d be shattering the Serie A record for consecutive games with a goal which he instead tied.

He is in Incredible form in 2020. Serie A - 26 goals and 6 assists in 27 games. UCL - 2 goals and 1 assist in 7 games. Coppa italia - 2 goals in 4 games. Total - 30 goals and 7 assists in 39 games with a total of 3451 minutes played that comes out to a goal contribution every 93 minutes.

These are commendable stats in an inconsistent team like Juventus. Also crazy stats for a 35 year old.

Ronaldo has the Golden Boot in his reach!

He is getting better with age and is having his best season since the 2015/16 campaign.

In the last three seasons he had scored 25 (2016/17), 26 (2017/18) and 21 (2018/19) league goals, tallies which he has already bettered this season (28).

So far in 2020, only Robert Lewandowski (21) has scored more than Ronaldo (20). Ronaldo started 2020 by scoring in a record 11 consecutive Serie A matches which is shared with Fabio Quagliarella (2018/19) and Gabriel Batistuta (1993/94).

Ronaldo has his sights set on his 5th European Golden Shoe and still has six games to go to match or improve Lewandowski’s 34 goals.

ROCKET RONALDO

Who will say that Ronaldo is getting older, infact he is getting younger day-by-day.At the age of 35 he is becoming more mentally and physically strong. That goal against Atalanta put Ronaldo on 28 for the season so far, and now sits just one behind Ciro Immobile for the race to become the top scorer for this season. Ronaldo is also closing in on the European Golden Boot award for this season, his 28 goals now just six short of Robert Lewandowski’s tally of 34 for 2019/20. As Budesliga is completed, Lewandowski doesn’t have a chance to add to his final figure.
