it depends on my team status, if my team is not committed then I chose Sir Alex, if my team doesn’t have Plan I choose Pep, if my team is committed and have plan but they need energy and psychology support I choose Carlo

So if we want for example Manager for Chelsea status we choose Sir Alex…
if we want him for Aresenal we chose Carlo!
and if we need him for Iiverpool we choose pep!!
Sir Alex can produce fighters…
Pep to produce synergy
Mr. Carlo to charge the good team before every match and to well manage during the match
