Uncapped Nathan McSweeney and Josh Inglis find a place in Australia’s squad for first Test against India
I doubt India would be able to win more than one match in this series.
I don’t think so.
India has won the last two Border-Gavaskar series in Australia (2018-19 and 2020-21). Agree, India enters this series after experiencing a disappointing run against New Zealand, where they suffered three consecutive Test defeats at home. This has raised concerns about their form and confidence heading into the challenging Australian conditions. However, I think the loss at home to New Zealand has helped them to reassess and they will back in the game to claim the trophy for the third consecutive time.
Reports suggest Shubhman Gill is likely to miss the first test at Perth. Positive news around KL Rahul as BCCI has confirmed his recovery from the elbow injury.
