It is indeed a credible turnaround for Barcelona. A team that was 9th on the table in Nov 21 has managed to rise upto 2nd position in a matter of few months. Xavi has evidently lived upto the expectations of many and seems to be driven to rise to greater heights. 
As you mentioned, the players have individually grown and the player’s wide brimming and beaming smiles show the tremendous change in their confidence and playing spirit.
