:soon: New rules are set to be introduced for the 2024/25 Premier League campaign:

:arrow_right: Semi-automated offsides will be introduced but won’t start until AFTER the international break in September, October or even November.

:arrow_right: Only the captain can speak to the referee. Any other player will be automatically carded if they confront officials.

:arrow_right: Referees will no longer automatically give a yellow card for non-deliberate handballs.

:arrow_right: VAR officials will not get involved in subjective decisions: only CLEAR and OBVIOUS errors will be looked at.

:arrow_right: Team news will now be released 75 minutes before kick-off.

:arrow_right: No mid-season/Christmas break for the players

:arrow_right: Stoppage time will be shorter.

:arrow_right: There is a new Premier League Match Centre social-media account (@PLMatchCentre) that will communicate the facts regarding VAR decisions.

100 - 2024-25 will be @ManUtd’s 100th season in the English top-flight, the fifth different team to reach the milestone after Everton, Aston Villa, Liverpool and Arsenal. The highest a team has finished in their 100th such campaign is 5th (Arsenal in 2016-17). Centurions.
