Tottenham could face a points deduction after an investigation found rules were broken in the transfer that sent Jermain Defoe to Portsmouth.
The FA has said it’s prepared to review any new evidence in this case.
In the same year of Defoe’s transfer, Luton were docked 10 points for breaking agent regulations.
