Al-Nassrโs striker Cristiano Ronaldo has received a one-match ban for โinciting fansโ following their victory against Al-Shabab in the Saudi Pro League. The incident occurred after Al Shabab supporters taunted Ronaldo with chants of โMessiโ in reference to his rival Lionel Messi, following their 3-2 defeat in Riyadh on Sunday.
The Portugal captain, aged 39, responded by cupping his hand to his ear and gesturing towards the fans. Additionally, he has been fined 30,000 Saudi Riyals (ยฃ6,300) by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF).
