Ronaldo suffers HORROR injury in Portugal’s thrashing of Czech Republic
Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo was left covered in blood after a nasty collision with Czech Republic goalkeeper Tomas Vaclik on Saturday night.
The Manchester United forward went down in a heap after the mid-air collision in the 13th minute of the Nations League clash.
He was left bloodied, bruised and dazed on the turf.
Van Dijk admits Holland’s Timber is BETTER than he was at the same age
Virgil van Dijk has heaped praise on international team-mate Jurrien Timber, insisting the 21-year-old is better than he was at the same age.
The Liverpool star lines up alongside Timber in the Holland defence, with both playing 90 minutes at centre half and keeping a clean sheet in their 2-0 win in Poland in the Nations League on Thursday.
Ousmane Dembele to miss France-Denmark Nations League tie
Barcelona’s growing number of injury issues coming out of the international break now includes Ousmane Dembele.
The Blaugrana are set to be without central defenders Jules Kounde and Ronald Araujo for at least a month in the first case and closer to two in the second. Frenkie de Jong is likely to be out for a week and Memphis Depay will also miss around 4 weeks.
