⚽️ UEFA Euro2020 Round of 16- Previews, Team News, Stats, Live Updates and More

HT | No goals so far!

We’ve seen plenty of end to end action, but only one shot on target so far, as Netherlands were the better side, but the Czechs showed they can be very dangerous as well.

We’re hoping for some more action (and goals) after the break! :crossed_fingers:

:netherlands: Dutch down to 10 men in lively second half.

Red card: De Ligt is sent off. :fearful:

De Ligt, under pressure from Schick, lost his footing and reached a hand out, clawing the ball back on the edge of the penalty area with his hand and he is, after a VAR review, sent off.

VAR review:
After looking at the footage, the referee decides that De Ligt’s handball was a clear denial of a goalscoring opportunity and sends him off.
