The Eighth teams from Group E-H who has advanced to the Champions League round of 16:
UEFA is aware of an incident during tonight’s Champions League match between Paris Saint-Germain and Istanbul Basaksehir and will be conducting a thorough investigation.
Racism, and discrimination in all its forms, has no place within football.
Update:
UEFA has - after discussion with both clubs – decided on an exceptional basis to have the remaining minutes of the match played tomorrow with a new team of match officials. The kick-off has been set at 18:55 CET.
16-year-old Dortmund wonderkid Youssoufa Moukoko makes Champions League history as youngest player ever to feature in the competition!
Bruno Fernandes had more touches (93), won more fouls (6), attempted more shots (5), created more chances (4) and made more tackles (3) than any Man Utd player against RB Leipzig.
Still not quite enough.
PSG vs. Istanbul will restart today at 5:55pm UK time.
The game will resume from the 14th minute with a new team of match officials.

RB Salzburg will play hosts to Atletico Madrid at the Red Bull Arena in the last UEFA Champions League group stage game.
Salzburg come into this game after a 1-0 loss to Flyeralarm Admira on Saturday 5 Dec in the Austrian Bundesliga.
Atletico Madrid, on the other hand, are a side in form and they are coming into this match after having beaten Real Valladolid 2-0 on Saturday in La Liga.
The stakes for this match are quite high. Salzburg go through to the Round of 16 with a win, while Atletico advance if they nab a point.
RB Salzburg trail Atletico Madrid by 2 points, so both teams desperately need a win to get through to the Round of 16 along with Bayern Munich.
Man City is all set to host French Club Marseille tonight at the Etihad Stadium.
Man City have already made it through to the knock-out stages of the competition. However, 3 more points would give City not only their best haul from a group stage but also the joint-most any other English team have managed.
Another record that they can be proud about - City have only conceded one goal in the group stage so far, the joint-fewest with Chelsea.
Sergio Aguero is still recovering from an injury and might not take part in this match. Pep Guardiola is also expected to give respite to other key players and may bring in several of his second-string players. Man City’s second-choice goalkeeper Zack Steffen is expected to face Marseille.
While Marseille, will not make it through to the next round of the UCL but are locked in a battle with Greek side Olympiacos for a spot in the Europa League.
Liverpool’s Champions League group stage campaign comes to an end when they face Midtjylland on Wednesday Evening.
The six-time winners have already secured their place in the last 16 as group winners with a game to spare, whereas Midtjylland will finish bottom of the group regardless of what happens on matchday six.
A sense of normality is beginning to resume for Liverpool, who returned to winning ways in the Premier League on Saturday in a match which also saw the return of a couple of injured players and 2,000 fans to Anfield.
Those lucky enough to get tickets were treated to the Champions League biggest win of the season as they swept Wolverhampton Wanderers aside in style, keeping pace with Tottenham Hotspur at the top of the pile. Sitting at the top of their Champions League group is also beginning to become normal for Liverpool now, with their 1-0 triumph over Ajax on matchday five ensuring that they will win their group for the third time in the last four years.
Midtjylland are unable to salvage Europa League football after Christmas and are consigned to finish bottom of Group D, their motivation will be claiming a major scalp in Liverpool - a result which would rival their 2015-16 win over Manchester United as one of the greatest in their history.
The Danish champions lost their opening four games of the group, but finally picked up their first ever Champions League point by drawing away to Atalanta on matchday five.
That result also helped Liverpool to wrap up top spot with a game to spare, and the English champions will be wary of a side that made things difficult for them in the reverse fixture at Anfield.

A make-or-break match for Real Madrid in the Champions League takes place on Wednesday when they welcome borussia Mochengladbach to the Spanish capital for their final match in Group B.
Los Blancos currently sit third in the group after five matches, whereas Monchengladbach lead the way in a must-win clash for both managers.
In a Champions League group which comprises Real Madrid, Inter Milan, Borussia Monchengladbach and Shakhtar Donetsk, only a plucky few would have placed bets on the latter two being on course for spots in the last 16.
Failure to advance from the group stage would surely signal the end of Zinedine Zidane’s second stint in the Bernabeu dugout, but Real’s destiny is still in their own hands despite their precarious position in the group.
Monchengladbach are in dreamland at the top of Group B, and the Bundesliga side have earned their right to be there, but the race to make the last 16 will go right down to the wire this week.
