India lost the top spot in the latest ICC Test rankings announced yesterday. Australia at No.1 and Nz at No. 2.

India yielded the top spot in Test rankings for the first time since October 2016 but continue to lead the ICC World Test Championship League.

India dropped to 3rd largely because the record of 12 Tests victories and just one Test defeat in 2016-17 was removed from the latest calculations. Indian team had won all 5 series during that period including against Aus and Eng. On the other hand, Australia had lost to South Africa and India during that period.

India have retained their 2nd spot in the ICC ODI rankings

Pakistan have lost the No. 1 T20I spot to Australia
