Manchester United have submitted an offer to Bayern Munich for the Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui pair, a source has told ESPN’s Rob Dawson.
De Ligt and Mazraoui are available this summer with Bayern valuing them at a combined £55 million. United’s bid has fallen below that valuation and is set to be rejected by the German club.
