The FA want to ban Lucas Paquetá FOR LIFE after details of his alleged betting scam have surfaced.
It’s understood that about 60 people bet on Paquetá to be carded in one or all of the matches and the bets in question have been traced to Paqueta Island, close to where the West Ham midfielder grew up.
For context, former Reading defender Kynan Isaac was handed a 10-year ban from football in 2022 after he was found guilty of receiving a deliberate booking after his friends placed bets on it.

Bruno Fernandes is pushing for a new contract from Manchester United that would take him into the top pay bracket at the club alongside with Rashford, Casemiro and Sancho.
Fernandes signed his last contract in 2022 worth about £220,000-a-week that runs to 2026 with the option of a further 12 months. However, it is understood Fernandes feels undervalued and wishes to be in the highest band of earners.
