BCCI looking at July-September window for IPL 13, should the Covid-19 outbreak show any signs of being brought under control in the coming months.
Cricket’s annual calendar - for the year 2020 has little of consequence between the months of July and September barring the Asia Cup T20 in the UAE scheduled in September and England hosting Pakistan at home before playing Ireland in the white ball format.
Other than the Asia Cup in September, the only series India are scheduled to play before the T20 World Cup in Australia are 3 ODIs and 3 T20s in Sri Lanka (June / July).

BCCI is in for bragging rights of first sports event post the Chinese virus pandemic. BCCI believes IPL could be perfect launching pad for sporting events after India succeeds in beating the virus.
